As the company’s key infrastructure upgrade project, the construction of the new office building has advanced steadily in June 2026 under the rigorous supervision of the project team and the efficient cooperation of the construction unit. Adhering to the principles of safety first, quality priority, and standardized construction, the project has completed all scheduled construction tasks for the month with zero safety incidents and stable project quality.
During June, the construction team focused on the core structural and internal foundation construction work of the new office building. At present, the main steel structure and concrete frame of the building have been fully capped and accepted, meeting national construction quality standards. The exterior wall insulation, waterproofing, and enclosure construction work has been completed by 85%, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent exterior decoration and facade installation. In terms of internal construction, the laying of electrical pipelines, water supply and drainage systems, and ventilation and air-conditioning pipelines on each floor has been fully finished and passed phased inspection. Meanwhile, the ground foundation leveling, wall base polishing and other preliminary interior decoration preparations have been carried out in an orderly manner.
In terms of project management, the company’s engineering management department has continued to implement daily construction inspection, quality sampling and safety hazard investigation mechanisms throughout June. It has optimized the construction schedule according to seasonal weather characteristics, effectively avoiding the impact of rainy weather on the construction progress, and ensured the efficient and orderly advancement of all work. All construction links strictly comply with national architectural engineering specifications, environmental protection standards and the company’s internal project management requirements, realizing the unified guarantee of construction safety, project quality and construction progress.
Looking ahead to the next stage, the project team will focus on promoting the exterior wall finishing, exterior window and door installation, and comprehensive interior decoration work in July. The mechanical and electrical equipment commissioning, fire safety system debugging and other supporting work will be launched synchronously.
