MAR Corporation Hosts Combined Product and Foreign Trade Training to Boost Global Competence
Recently, MAR Corporation successfully held a comprehensive training session integrating product knowledge and foreign trade expertise. The event aimed to enhance the professional capabilities of its sales, marketing, and international business teams, equipping them with the necessary tools to navigate the complex global market and strengthen the company’s overseas business layout.
Only five salespersons from the Foreign Trade Department participated in the training. The session was divided into two thematic modules, featuring a combination of theoretical explanations, case studies, and interactive discussions to ensure practicality and effectiveness.
In the product knowledge module, senior product managers systematically introduced the company’s core product lines, focusing on technical parameters, unique selling points, application scenarios, and quality control standards. Through real-world project cases, the trainers elaborated on how to tailor product introductions to meet the needs of different overseas markets, helping participants grasp the key to highlighting product advantages in international communications. Hands-on Q&A sessions allowed employees to clarify doubts about product applications and after-sales support, laying a solid foundation for accurate product promotion in foreign trade business.
The foreign trade expertise module, delivered by industry veterans with rich practical experience, covered essential topics such as Incoterms 2020 (including FOB, CIF, DDP), customs clearance procedures, export tax rebate policies, and foreign exchange management. The trainers emphasized compliance risks in cross-border trade and shared strategies for handling customer objections regarding price, delivery time, and payment terms. They also introduced digital tools for foreign trade, such as big data-driven customer screening and CRM-based customer resource management, providing new ideas for improving business efficiency .
During the interactive session, participants actively exchanged experiences, discussing challenges encountered in actual foreign trade projects and exploring solutions based on the training content. Many employees stated that the training was “content-rich and highly practical,” bridging the gap between product knowledge and foreign trade operations, and enhancing their confidence in developing overseas markets.
A senior manager of MAR Corporation commented, “In the context of evolving global trade dynamics, enhancing team professionalism is crucial for the company’s international development. This combined training not only improves employees’ comprehensive capabilities but also lays a solid foundation for the company to seize market opportunities and enhance global competitiveness.”
Moving forward, MAR Corporation will continue to carry out targeted training programs, focusing on the integration of product expertise and market demand, to build a high-quality international business team and promote the sustainable development of its foreign trade business.
